Scope of Services
Cloud Voice Security provides professional installation services for CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi and Data Cabling
solutions. Our services include but are not limited to system design, equipment installation, configuration,
and testing to ensure proper functionality.

Equipment and Materials
Cloud Voice Security will provide all necessary equipment and materials required for the installation,
unless otherwise specified in the agreement. The client agrees to provide access to the premises and
any necessary facilities to facilitate the installation process.
Installation Process
Cloud Voice Security will perform the installation in a timely and professional manner, adhering to
industry best practices and safety standards. The client agrees to cooperate with Cloud Voice Security
during the installation process and provide any necessary assistance or information as requested.

Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay Cloud Voice Security the agreed-upon fees for the installation services
rendered. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the invoice provided by Cloud Voice Security.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, or removal of equipment. Failing to pay within 30 days will result in late payment and will incur a penalty fee of 5% of the total invoice.

Limitation of Liability
Cloud Voice Security shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising out of or related to the installation services provided, including but not limited to loss of
data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business operations. The client agrees to indemnify and hold
Cloud Voice Security harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of
the installed systems.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert
governing jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments and Modifications
These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by Cloud Voice Security at any time, with or
without notice to the client. Any amendments or modifications shall be effective upon posting on the
Cloud Voice Security website or other official channels.

Warranty and Support
Cloud Voice Security shall provide ongoing support and maintenance services to the Customer as outlined in the service agreement. There will be an annual increase on the anniversary of the start date and this will be an additional 8%.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cloud Voice Security and the client
with respect to the installation services provided. Any prior agreements, representations, or
understandings, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded and replaced by these terms and
conditions.
By signing the Service Agreement or engaging Cloud Voice Security for installation services, the client acknowledges and agrees to be
bound by these terms and conditions. Our standard contract term is 24 Months with a 90 day notice period unless stated differently on the front of our Service Agreement.
